RMRTask is intended as a comprehensive ToDo manager to replace the rather limited version built into the Calendar application. It allows you to allocate Tasks to 2 different categories, as well as allocating priorities and due dates. It supports repeat tasks, alarms and attached memos in the same way as Agenda. The on-screen display can be configured to show Overdue Tasks, Current Tasks, Tasks in Progress and Completed Tasks in different styles. You can link the program to specific spreadsheets and Word documents and, unlike the built-in version, you can Archive completed tasks for future reference, and apply various filters to the screen to display only those tasks you choose.
