Information... priceless! Modern applications try to prevent data loss. Text editors create backup copies of documents, web browsers save login info that you enter on Web pages. Password applications help you manage your passwords, backup software help you backup anything. Yet, how is it that you still spend hours or even days restoring pieces of precious info? Why do you have to lose your data once in a while?

Is there a solution? I was gladly surprised to get a freeware software that does just what I want. This application is REFOG Free Keylogger. Despite its weird name, the product has nothing to do with monitoring. It simply tracks all programs that you launch on your own computer, the titles of their windows, all your keystrokes, and more.

Imagine you are writing an email. Then something goes wrong and you've got to start over again. Sounds familiar? With REFOG Free Keylogger, you will never lose any of your text, whether it was written in IM application or any in any other program. Just open Refog's log. You will see all your text right there.

Sometimes I need to get several fragments of text from a web page or a text document. Windows clipboard only allows you tolets you copy one piece of text at a time. I use REFOG Free Keylogger to grab as many pieces of text at a time any way I wish. I just copy them all into the Windows clipboard and end up with it all in my REFOG log.

What was the URL of that page? Why haven't you bookmarked it? I was guessing addresses as you do. But now my REFOG Free Keylogger keeps them all for me. Yes, it also tracks the URLs of all the Web pages that you open.

Did I mention passwords? All my passwords and registration keys are also safely saved now!
