The Express edition of the invoice software has the ability to connect to backend databases from the invoice template, allowing you to save unlimited number of customer, product, invoice and payment records.

The invoice software uses true what-you-see-is-what-you-get Excel invoice templates as its front end. Its Fill-In-The-Blank invoice form let you easily create invoice with mouse clicks. Moreover, the invoice software allows you to design your own invoice templates by dragging and dropping. You can customize the invoice template included easily with familiar tools provided by Microsoft Excel, such as colors, fonts, text styles, cell locations. For example, if you don't need the Shipping-Address section, just move it out of the printable area of the invoice template.

The invoice software also provides a completely free invoice template that can be used standalone to create and calculate invoices.
