In recent years, Pocket PC technology has been vigorously developed. These devices are palm-sized and often equal traditional desktop computers in their functionality. Keeping-up-to-date, Perpetuum Software LLC developed Instrumentation Widgets for PDA: a component intended for creation Graphical User Interfaces for Pocket PC applications. Using this product, a developer can provide realistic simulation of various hardware devices. The delivery package includes a library of high-resolution gauges such as sliders, dials, thermometers, switches, buttons etc. Double buffering provides flicker-free animation of the gauges and that is an essential feature of Pocket PC components.
