Over the course of 2005, its first year of operation, Online Backgammon Tournament acquired hundreds of thousands of members and now features more than 5000 players online on average.

Online Backgammon Tournament is the only skill game that has dozens of International tournament events world-wide each year and one World Championship which is held every year in Monte Carlo.
